When you create a GCP account, you can activate different products to use: such as a Cloud Run (like in this project) or a database. Depending on the usage of the service is the price, there is a calculator for this in GCP to calculate the costs. Sadly, there is not a way to host a Cloud Run for free at least in GCP.
